The lush, evergreen forest regions in the south of India are the home of cardamom, which has always been highly revered as a spice. Our essential food supplement oil Cardamom+ is extracted from the seeds of the plant by steam distillation. The oil has a particularly full flavour and is considered one of the most popular kitchen spices worldwide.
The typical cardamom taste can be found in both sweet and spicy dishes, from Swedish baked goods to Indian curry - an absolute must for every well-stocked spice rack. And: Cardamom also tastes great as a warm and spicy ingredient in hot drinks.

The oil is suitable for both sweet and spicy dishes, but thanks to the naturally occurring ingredient eugenol, it is also a popular food supplement.
